Our systems are guaranteed to produce an engineered output which will reduce your electricity cost and will also create additional income streams for landlords where they have the ability to sell the power to your customers.
Our system can be financed through the following 3 channels.
Self-funding Purchase
The system would be paid for from your cash resources. The 125% S12b tax allowance can be claimed in the year that the system is brought into production.
Bank Financed
We deal with all the major banks who will verify our financial model when they finance a system. The solar and battery systems can now be financed over 10 years. Our model is based on a 20% deposit. The 125% S12b tax allowance can be claimed in the year that the system is brought into production.
Power Purchase Agreement
We will install the system on your premises at no cost to you and will sell you power from the system at an agreed tariff, which will ensure significant savings on your electricity costs. The 125% S12b tax allowance cannot be claimed in your business.
